What is RootaRig?+
RootaRig is fleet, dispatch and driver-management software built for transport owner-operators and heavy-vehicle movers. It combines a real-time allocator, a rugged offline-first driver app, branded customer tracking and seat-based billing in one platform.
Does the driver app work offline?+
Yes. The driver app installs as a Progressive Web App and queues status updates, signatures and proof-of-delivery photos in an IndexedDB outbox. As soon as signal returns, everything syncs in the background — no data loss in dead zones.
Can my customers track their jobs in real time?+
Every job gets a branded public tracking link with your logo and colours. Customers see live status, ETAs, the route map and POD photos as your drivers update them — no login required.
How does seat-based pricing work?+
You only pay for active driver seats. Starter includes 10 seats, Pro includes 25, and Business is unlimited. Add or revoke seats from the admin billing page; changes sync via Paddle in seconds.
Is RootaRig secure and multi-tenant?+
Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your company. Roles are stored separately from profiles to prevent privilege escalation, and admin actions are gated by company membership checks.
